SOLD – Randall Model # 1 – 5 1/2 “, seven spacers and MINT

SOLD – I have a very unique Randall Model # 1 for sale. The knife was made in the early 70’s and is in excellent / unused condition. The blade measures 5 7/16″ in length and retains the original Randall grind and finish. The width is just under 15/16″ and is just under 1/4″ at the hilt. The knife was ordered with optional thumb notches. The knife is fitted with a lugged brass hilt which has seven spacers separating it from the handle. This helps date the knife to the early 70’s as Randall Made Knives switched over to five spacers on non-leather handled knives around 1972. The commando shaped handle is made of black micarta and is flawless. The sheath was made by Johnson and is a special order Model “B” no hone sheath. The sheath is also in excellent condition with light storage marks at the mouth. The entire package is very slim lined and much smaller than typically seen. Thanks for viewing, Steve Zimmerman.
